Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with detailed return instructions, including the return address.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (and confirm it meets our return criteria), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Defective Products
